Food Patterns by Nathan Olson

Food Patterns is a great non - fiction book for teaching preschoolers - 2nd graders about different patterns. The pictures are nice bright photos ranging from sweet things to vegetables. The text is written in a very simple way for children to understand. This book is also great in the way that the child and caregiver can sit together and explore each pattern that the different foods create.
